Education and Training
In 2014, I received my Bachelor of Science in Education Studies (Elementary Education) with a minor in English, Creative Writing from Skidmore College. The following year (2015), I obtained my Master of Arts in International Education Policy Analysis from Stanford University's Graduate School of Education.
I’m especially passionate about working with folks who are…
working to enhance interpersonal relationships, delve into self-understanding, and who want to express greater self-agency (see themselves as the main actor in their lives). Additionally, I am always delighted to serve people who identify as women, Black/African, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, Middle Eastern, Pacific Islander, and LGBTQIA+.
If I could share one thing with prospective clients, it would be…
to bring your whole self. The beauty of coaching is that showing up as your whole self enriches the coaching partnership. Be funny, sad, angry, delighted, and excited. It's all about you!

Interests & Hobbies
I enjoy blowing bubbles while lying on the blanket in the grass with a book playing in my ears. I'm always ready to play a good arcade or board game. When I have the time, I am always excited to delve into small Lego sets, Petit Blocks, and jigsaw puzzles, as I find the activities calming.
