In today’s high-stakes educational environment, it is so easy to fall into the trap of perfectionism and feel totally overwhelmed by a sense of inadequacy. I have vivid memories of being new to teaching, and (later on) to leadership, and the never-ending pressure to “succeed.” I am here to support and guide you so you can cultivate a life enriched with self-compassion and trust. I am particularly passionate about working with BIPOC teachers, leaders, and individuals - knowing firsthand the unique challenges we face in the classroom and the community at large.
