Meghan Brown-Enyia

I have a BA in American Studies from Tufts University, an MSW with a concentration in Leadership Development from Washington University in St. Louis, and hold SHRM-CP and ADA certifications. Additionally, I have a coaching certification, equipping me with the expertise to support individuals in their professional and personal growth.

I am especially passionate about supporting individuals managing career transitions, overcoming workplace burnout, improving time management, and enhancing organizational skills. My coaching expertise also includes supporting those who are navigating the complexities of ADHD and extends to educators who seek to foster inclusive learning environments and implement practical strategies to support students with diverse needs, whether they are teaching in the classroom, working in administration, or pursuing other positions within the field of education. Additionally, I help clients strive to balance professional and personal responsibilities, build confidence, and develop effective communication strategies.
