Education and Training
I have a BA in Psychology with a Minor in Latin American Studies from University of San Francisco. I have two Masters in Education in Elementary Education from University of Phoenix and School Administration from Loyola Marymount University. I have my PhD in Education for Social Justice from University of San Diego. I have vast leadership trainings through fellowships, equity based certificate programs, and ongoing coaching and development of leaders.
I’m especially passionate about working with folks who are…
educators who constantly have to wear masks in structures that were not meant for us. It is important to understand the power we hold in disrupting, the pressure that comes with that responsibility, and the ongoing healing of generational trauma we have endured.
If I could share one thing with prospective clients, it would be…
that coaching is having someone support you in unpacking, revealing patterns, and healing ourselves to be the most conscious individuals we can for the people that we serve. The more we know and uncover, the more we get closer to authenticity.
