Education and Training
I have a BS in Communications with a focus in Public Relations & a Master's in Public Policy and Administration with a concentration in Education Policy; both degrees are from University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
I’m especially passionate about working with folks who are…
struggling to find the harmony in or balance between the demands of their personal & professional lives. I also enjoy working with clients who have unrealistic expectations of themselves; as a former overachiever who wore that badge as an honor, I love coaching clients to be kinder to and gentler with themselves, helping them understand that being kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental positions them to achieve excellence without burnout.
If I could share one thing with prospective clients, it would be…
that coaching with me is a safe space to explore your truths, to learn and practice self-compassion, and to celebrate growth. Also, coaching is an opportunity to prioritize you; we as educators - and in whatever roles we have - don't always have that opportunity, so take this as a time to join me in a comfortable, yet sometimes challenging space to chat, reflect, laugh, and feel supported in moving forward.

When I'm not working, I enjoy reading fiction (relaxes my mind!), getting outside - particularly for walks through a park or on a tree-lined street, and eating well (because good food always soothes the soul).
