I love coaching clients with perfectionist, people-pleasing, and over-achieving tendencies into trusting that they can do less without compromising students' learning or their own sense of pride and self-worth.
This includes educators with (sometimes exceedingly) high expectations of themselves, who are looking to offer themselves greater self-compassion and establish boundaries with less guilt or preoccupation about others' opinions of them.

I love spending time under the wisdom and glory of big trees. In the last year, I have started playing in a few coed adult soccer leagues, and they are some of my most joy-packed hours of my week. I have two perfect cat children, and I spend most of my free time dancing, reading, and learning.
